Description:
Vice President of Facility Operations (VP) at Iacofano's Catering is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations. The VP will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, manage operational performance, and ensure the highest quality of service delivery in catering operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the catering or hospitality industry. This position is full-time and reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:

Oversee daily operations of the company, including catering services, kitchen operations, logistics, and customer service.

Ensure efficient and effective operational processes are in place to meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set and achieve company goals.

Develop and execute operational strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Lead the annual planning and budgeting process.
Team Management:

Directly manage and mentor department heads and senior managers.

Performance Management:

Development, implementation and monitoring of a sanitation plan to include HACCP

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the catering or hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
