Position Information
- District Manager
- Schedule – Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday - 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Who You Are
To be considered for this position, you should have the following skills
- Previous Multi-family and affordable housing experience is required
- Ability to thrive and multi-task n a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Accounting background is a plus
- Must have real-estate license
- Must have CPM or CPHM
A Day in the Life
- Manage day to day operations of multi-site Apartment Communities
- Adjust schedule and work to ensure optimal efficiency
- Track monthly trends for business forecasting
