We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform and accomplish warehouse duties that include – Production Staging, PO Receiving, Pick, Pack and Ship

Maintain inventory system integrity by conducting accurate (bin transfers) with ERP System.

Conduct Bin Put-away activities daily. Placing finished products from manufacturing in storage locations in the warehouse.

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies and maintain accurate records of all incoming shipments.

Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices using ERP system.

Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations using ERP system.

Report to Materials Supervisor on key operational performance indicators.

Accomplish organization mission by completing related tasks and other duties as assigned.

Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.

Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving

Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment

Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and regulations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management software

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
-
Commitment to safety in the workplace
Physical Requirements:
-
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
-
Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.

Lift 25 – 50 pounds regularly.

Occasional team lift of 50 pounds or more.
