Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules - Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history - Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize downtime - Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols - Manage the budget for maintenance supplies and equipment - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or related field - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage - Proficiency in reading schematics and working with logic controllers - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Ability to fabricate or repair equipment using various tools and materials - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Proven leadership abilities in a maintenance or facilities management role We offer competitive pay based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package.
