Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Excel and Word is a plus
- Must be willing to attain a P/C or L/H license with company assistance
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
- Must be coachable
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
- Process customer policy change requests
- Work daily service alerts received at agency
- Cross-sell products to existing agency customers
- Work on new prospects
- 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Pay: $45,000-$55,000 plus potential commissions and bonuses
