As a Clinical Mental Health Functional Family Therapist, you'll leverage your skills in cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and family therapy modalities within the established Functional Family
Therapy (FFT) model, providing in-home counseling services to effectively address the needs of our clients.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive initial assessment to include all desired treatment outcomes, assessment of systemic strengths and needs, comprehensive safety plan, and analysis of contributing factors to referral behaviors
- Carry a caseload of 10-12 clients
- Engage the entire family unit in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement
- Implement a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, case outcome review, and strategy revision procedure
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the FFT model
- Collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants within each system to ensure their buy-in and cooperation throughout FFT treatment
- Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with the FFT model
- Participate in all FFT training, supervision and consultation activities
Experience(Preferred)
- Direct use of pragmatic (i.e. structural, strategic and functional) family therapies
- Individual therapy with children and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques
- Marital therapy using behaviorally-based approaches
- Behavioral therapy targeting behavior change
Education(Required)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field
Licenses & Certifications(Preferred)
- Therapists are preferred to also hold a professional license or be working towards attaining a professional license(LPC, LISW, LMSW, LMFT, etc.)
Salary range is $45,267-$50,092 Annually (Commensurate with Education, License Level, and Experience)
