La Secoya is looking for a self-motivated individual, who has experience managing people of all ages.
Must have good customer service skills and Point of Service experience.
Shift Hours: 11:00 am to 7:30pm (some overtime as needed)
Job Summary: A supervisory role responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the front of the house.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing team schedules.
- Training of team members, ensureing incoming staff complies with company policy.
- Training staff to follow dining venue procedures.
- Conducts team appraisals and corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Follow HACCP principles for food safety in all areas.
- Interacts with residents to get feedback on product quality and service levels.
You are required to have a current Food handler card and will need to obtain a ServSafe Manager Certification within 6 months of employment. El Castillo will provide the training for the certification.
