Job Duties
- Use experience to train new instructors and sales associates for Right to Bear
- Grow facility relationships in the state of North Carolina
- Sell Right to Bear memberships in your facility partners classes.
- Grow brand awareness for Right to Bear
- Provides reports on statistics to Regional Manager.
- Outlines efficient sales strategies.
- Responds to regional client needs with solutions from the company.
- Leads training sessions on company product offerings and sales techniques.
Right To Bear Association
- Event Planning and Management: Organize, schedule, and manage firearms-related events aimed at promoting firearm safety, education, and the RTBA mission.
- Outreach and Promotion: Actively pitch and promote RTBA classes and events to potential participants and partners, utilizing both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Growth Strategies: Work closely with the SC State Manager to identify opportunities for growth within South Carolina, developing and implementing strategies that align with RTBA's objectives.
Palmetto State Armory
- Instructor Recruitment and Training: Lead efforts in interviewing, hiring, and training high-quality instructors dedicated to advancing the Palmetto State Armory's training department.
- Curriculum Development and Instruction: Assist in the development of innovative training programs and serve as the lead instructor at the Greenville location, ensuring a high standard of firearms education and safety training.
- Operational Support: Provide ongoing support to the Director of Training, assisting in the logistical and administrative functions necessary for the efficient operation of the training department.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous management experience
- Proven record of excellence in sales and training
- Specialized knowledge of self-defense products
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Great collaborative and time-management skills
- Sales-oriented and analytical
- Experience: Prior experience in firearms instruction, event management, and team leadership is required.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in firearms training and safety are highly preferred.
- Education: A degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Management, Criminal Justice) is beneficial but not mandatory.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $6,001.00 - $7,024.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
