Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists is seeking an ambitious Customer Service Representative for the Hallandale Beach facility. Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting with front office operations. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
· Greeting and assisting customers upon entering the facility.
· Answering multi-line telephone, responding to visitors’ inquiries regarding services, products, and costs.
· Scheduling repairs and finalizing completed repairs via web-based portal in a timely manner.
· Maintaining a variety of automated and manual records.
· Maintaining front office area.
· Opening and closing front desk operations including lights, computer, copier, materials, supplies and record files.
· Following up on online wheel repair and replacement requests.
· Applying customer payments, posting daily bank deposits, creating invoices, adding/editing customers, and creating A/R reports and assisting with collection efforts on past due accounts as needed.
· Assisting management with additional tasks as directed.
Requirements:
· The successful Customer Service Representative will have a high school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.
· At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in an office setting
· Strong work ethic
· Highly detail- and customer service-oriented and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work closely in a team environment
· Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
