Shifts: Work as many or as few hours as you like. We have 1–2-hour shifts and also 12 hour shifts available.

Requirements:
- Open for PCW, Caregiver, CBRF and CNA
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Preferably with one (1) year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience
- Preferably with valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable automobile
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patients with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping.
- Assist patients in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the Director of Nursing
- Assist patients in physical exercises, if possible
- Ensure patient’s rights are adhered to.
- Develop and promote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.
