In his last role, he was a VC investor with SAIF Partners (Now Elevation Capital), which is an early investor in paytm, meesho, urban company, unacademy and many other unicorns. Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)
About the Role
We're disrupting IELTS education in India and have gained the trust of more than 1,000
delighted students in a very short period of time. We are looking to expand our team of
IELTS educators to provide IELTS education to thousands more and help them achieve their
dreams of studying abroad.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product
features
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Answer customer queries
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly
basis
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Ideal Persona:
Taught IELTS for at least 6 months or prior experience as a Sales Associate or Fresh
Graduate
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably BA/MA in English
The charter for this role will include:
4 hours of online demo sessions; 6 days a week. ( 5:00PM – 10:00PM, or 6:00PM – 11:00PM)
