Job Duties:
The Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
- Supporting our Major Account clients
- Scheduling and dispatching HVAC/R technicians
- Handling high volume of incoming calls
- Invoice processing
- Project assistance
- Copying, filing, sorting
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- Experience as an office administrative assistant
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax/copy machines
- Experience in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School diploma
Position is full-time and offers a competitive benefits package including:
