Our continued growth and national expansion have created a new opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner in the Amarillo area!
The Human Resources Business Partner is an essential leader in the growth & development of our expanding brand & is responsible for key processes throughout the organization.
Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities include:
- Coordinates distribution of pertinent company information to all employees & interprets policies /procedures/regulations for current & new staff.
- Manages all aspects of new employee recruitment: advertisements, internal postings, interviewing, background checks, etc.
- Implements a system of record-keeping to organize & accurately maintain personnel data.
- Coordinates & facilitates new employee documentation; ensures all employees are current with certifications/licenses.
- Accurately documents/maintains attendance records for all employees. Enters & processes all payroll & manages payroll-related issues: correction forms, PTO payouts, adjustments, etc.
- Coordinates & communicates available benefits to employees. Provides collateral information & assists with questions & enrollment.
- Maintains & coordinates Worker's Compensation records & provides information as needed.
Human Resources Business Partner Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred
- 5 yrs HR experience preferred
- Payroll experience strongly preferred
