You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, texting and emails
· Understanding customer needs and requirements
· Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Scheduling Service Calls for existing Customers
· Help with our overall Customer Service Experience through different sources and platforms
Qualifications – Experienced with the following:
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Customer Service oriented
· Detailed with strong organizational skills
· Proficient computer skills and social media background (basic knowledge in QuickBooks, Word, Excel and CRMs, Social Media, HATCH )
Skills:
· Proven inside sales and customer service experience
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and sales opportunities
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products/services effectively
- Proficient in data entry and able to analyze customer information for better service delivery
- Comfortable with outbound calling to engage customers proactively
