Typical duties of the Assistant Program Manager include (but are not limited to):
- Instruct safe, effective, and dynamic Group Exercise classes.
- Lead members through targeted, specific, and safe Personal Training sessions.
- Develop and implement programs to drive engagement and participation growth.
- Manage membership feedback or complaints and respond to all comments within 24 hours via phone, email, or personal meeting (delegate when necessary)
- Focus on quality member service, the latest trends in the fitness industry, and innovative fitness programming.
- Assist in the development, promotion, management and scheduling the logistics for fitness center programming including health education, wellness screenings, group fitness classes, and tenant engagement events.
- Provide utilization, personal training, and Group Exercise updates to Program Manager on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with our internal quality assurance programs.
- Ensure Trophy Fitness iniatives and standards of operation are upheld at the client location.
- Build strong relationships with property management to garner influence on decision making and be associated as a subject matter expert.
- Conduct fitness assessments.

Experience:
- Personal training: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Required)
