Job Overview:

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in case management and adherence to medical standards

- HomeHealth care experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in working alone, while getting the job done.
- Previous work in hospital settings is advantageous
- Competence in adult care, airway management, and primary care
