We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's day to day. This is a support role to assist the sales team run efficiently and smoothly.
Duties:
- Daily tasks to market properties
- Managing schedules
- Organizing mailers
- Organizing social media campaigns
- Paperwork
- Real Estate Transaction management
- Customer Service
- Answering the phone
- Ordering office supplies
- Items as business dictates
Qualifications:
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Ability to effectively manage teams and drive results
- Proficiency in analyzing information and making data-driven decisions
- Strong skills with office type software: Microsoft office products, google suite, cloud based programs
Hours:
8-noon
Monday- Friday
