Cramaro is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making proactive sales calls to potential clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage prospective OEM, Dealer and Fleet customers through various channels - including cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features.
- Negotiate and closing sales deals (including entering orders), while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, as well as mechanical skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Position will be based out of the San Marcos, TX office. This is not a remote position.
