ABOUT US
Decision Tactical’s mission is to Save Lives & Bridge divides by training police and security teams during the day and letting civilians experience thrills, food & drinks in the evenings and on weekends. We use cutting-edge simulation technology, which allows for much broader and safer training. Our scratch kitchen grill is an excellent place for sporting events and some exceptional food and drinks. This first location (of many to come) is located in Sanford, FL. We are a unique destination spot to say the least.
SKILLS:
- Data Driven.
- Proficient with ERP systems (ideally Odoo).
- Team Management & Leadership Skills with a proven track record of at least 7 years in a senior management role within one or more of these industries: entertainment, restaurant, hospitality, software, security, firearms
- Proficient in all aspects of the business including operational management, sales, CRM marketing, HR, project management / development, compliance & risk management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Efficiency and Improvement:
- Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in workflows.
- Implementing and overseeing systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Translating the company's strategic goals into actionable plans.
- Ensuring that operations align with the overall business strategy including sales and marketing.
Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.

- Building and managing a high-performing operations team with clear paths to success and accountability follow through.
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Providing leadership and mentorship to foster a positive organizational culture.

Financial Performance:
- Managing the operations budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Working with the CFO to ensure operational activities are financially sustainable.

- Ensuring that products and services meet customer expectations.
- Implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Addressing customer feedback and making improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience as a COO or similar role
