POSITION:
The ideal Manager will oversee all Studio functionality for 4 Studios in South Brooklyn from Sales to Operations. Studios locations are as follows:
1635 Sheepshead Bay Rd
485 Kings Highway
540 86th Street
4206 Ave U
*The candidate must be located within maximum 30 minutes of driving from studios, have a car and be able to drive around between these 4 locations. $100 per month allowance for gas and meters is provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Multi-unit store experience is required
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
- Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
- An affinity and passion for fitness.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
DUTIES
- Manage and optimmize sales process to schedule prospects into Demo class
- Membership sales
- Manage Front Desk and Instructor staff schedules and call outs
- Hire, Train and Supervise Studio Managers and Sales Representatives
- Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Collect out-standing dues, address chargebacks, maintain accuracy in member invoices and files.
- Oversee and maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Directly work with all Vendors - order supplies, retail merchandise, and equipment as needed
- Any other duties as assigned

- This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
