We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or promotions
**Experience:**
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to upsell products or services
- Experience in outbound calling is a plus
- Proficient in English; multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
