Compensation:
$150,000 Commission
Responsibilities:-
Establish and maintain strong relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business

Utilize your marketing and communication skills to attract new clients and grow your business.

Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs

Engage in conversations with realtors, offering our services and products to build and strengthen professional relationships.

Collaborate with our team of bilingual assistants (fluent in English, Spanish, and other languages) who will support you while you are out building relationships and securing new business.

Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions

Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines

Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
Qualifications:-
Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
- Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required
- Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
- Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
