We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to join our team and be our “glue” person. Our projects encompass a wide range of services that vary from day to day. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction administration and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, honesty, and a commitment to getting the job done
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency with QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Google Calendar
- Must be adaptable to new technology
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Buildertrend is a big plus
Job Details:
- Manage and maintain our team's calendar, scheduling appointments, and reminders
- Schedule inspections and meetings with vendors
- Assist with construction administrative tasks, including proposal drafting, contracts, and invoicing
- AP/AR + light bookkeeping
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project management and communication
- Staying on top of vendors as needed
- Fulfill orders and procurement through vendors
- Conduct research on various topics related to the construction and design industry, with a focus on apartment beautifications and custom home remodels
- Occasional job visits and/or picking up of materials
- Filing, paying for miscellaneous bills
- Develop and manage Google templates for various business needs
