Job Description
- Manage the workflow of project management duties from contract to project completion

Role Responsibilities
- Work alongside BakerTriangle Prefab team to help with preconstruction as needed, with a heavier focus on helping operations in the office with project-specific needs
- Collaborates on the design process including programming client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and shop drawings
- Have a strong knowledge of working within Revit, as this is the basis software of our prefab operation. It is expected for you to produce shop drawings, embed drawings, fabrication tickets, and detailing within Revit for office and field use
- Occasionally attend on-site visits, field reviews, and client and/or project meetings as appropriate
- May participate in communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to incorporate information into project requirements
- Project-specific needs from a project managers perspective will include tasks such as:
- Full panel designs in Revit
- Shop drawings for all panel systems for project use
- Incorporation of cold-formed stamped shop drawings and calculations into our shop drawings
- Design and creation of fabrication tickets
- Shop drawings, submittals, RFI s, construction collaboration meetings
- In-depth review of other systems shop drawings to proactively coordinate and identify issues that may arise from systems and/or details (i.e. steel shops, glazing shops, CFMF shops, etc.)
- Create and maintain relationships with BakerTriangle employees, general contractors, architects, owners, municipalities, and developers
- Assist in creating project budgets, shop drawings, design judgment, and pursuit of opinions alongside the preconstruction and operations teams when needed
- Attend project-specific meetings to help take prefab project opportunities from conception to operations when needed
- Handoff project information and documentation to fabrication and field installation teams when projects are ready to go into production
- Work within SmartSheets (or similar program) to track market panel line flows, panel schedule, and project-specific panel production as needed
- Focus on collaboration both interdepartmentally and with external project teams

Position Place of Work
This position will be an in-office position at our Richardson location. As we grow, there may be
opportunity to work in another market in the future.
