Overview:
We are seeking a Camp Manager to oversee the operations and guest experience at our camp facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in guest relations, hospitality, and customer service, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for campers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of camp operations, including staff supervision, activity planning, and guest services
- Ensure the camp facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for camp supplies and services
- Develop and implement programs to enhance the camper experience
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Oversee scheduling of activities and events to ensure a smooth operation
- Train and mentor camp staff to deliver exceptional service
Skills:
- Experience in guest relations, hotel, or resort management
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
