**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Daignostic Imaging to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in diagnostic evaluation, including diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine. They will also have a solid understanding of medical terminology and physiology knowledge.
**Responsibilities:**
- Works with administration on planning, organizing, and directing Radiology operations to complete strategic goals in order to achieve the CHN vision.
- Supervises and mentors Imaging staff through weekly one on one meetings and communicates to staff through purposeful rounding in the Radiology Department(s).
-Monitors monthly volumes, utilization, financial, operational and quality metrics in Radiology and communicates variance data in a timely manner, when indicated.
-Collaborates with healthcare providers and other department leaders to coordinate effective, efficient, safe, quality, equitable, patient-centered care. Promotes an environment conducive to providing the best quality service to all our customers.
- Maintains regulatory requirements, including all federal, state, local regulations and accrediting organization standards related to the Radiology departments and, as appropriate, to each facility.
- Collaborates with Managers to prepare department budgets for staff, operating expenses and capital equipment. Responsible for fiscal operation of the departments.
- Supports and maintains a just culture of safety and quality.
-Delegates authority and responsibility to the Imaging staff.
-Other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the department and organizational performance in accordance with Curry Health Network’s Mission, Vision and Shared Values.
**Requirements:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Sciences required; Master’s Degree preferred.
· Five (5) or more years of experience in related field of expertise is required.
· At least three (3) years previous experience in a leadership role required.
· Current CPR required.
· Current state licensure required in respective specialty.

Pay: $124,300.00 - $151,800.00 per year
