Maestro Integrations is a Building Technology integrator who operates in Commercial and Multi-Family projects.
As a Warehouse Associate , your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Support Management and Field Project Managers with product and supply needs for all projects
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization for supply
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal warehouse operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Manage stock control and reconcile with inventory system in Quickbooks Enterprise or other assigned software platform
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, distributors and transport companies
- Assist with product accounting needs as necessary
- Assist as needed with product procurement and negotiations
- Communicate and document status and project need via Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Quickbooks inventory system
- Coordinate and assist with local supply pickups and delivery to jobsite and warehouse when necessary
- Must be able to stand, squat, reach and lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to operate Forklift and Pallet Jack
