Etiwanda Roadhouse in Rancho Cucamonga is now accepting applications for servers. Qualified candidates must have weekend and evening availability and scheduling flexibility.
This position requires great customer service, a drive for success, and pride in taking care of our guests and exceeding their expectations. Flexible, reliable and self-driven individuals are the highest priority and will go to the front of the line.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to guests, receiving food and beverage orders from guests.
- Taking completed food and beverage items to the correct tables.
- Bussing empty glassware and dishware from tables as needed.
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables after guests have finished and left.
- Prepare and maintain fruit and garnish trays.
- Maintain work area, keeping it neat and clean.
- Completing a deep clean of work area at the end of shifts.
- Good knowledge of all Alcohol and Beverage laws, policies, and expectations.
Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of experience recommended.
- Positive, helpful attitude toward customers and coworkers, including the ability to speak clearly
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of food service regulations an asset
- Handling of cash and credit cards.
- Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Required
- Reliable transportation
