GRACE is seeking an energetic, organized, mission-minded individual to support the activities of the Client Services department. As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first face that the client sees when they enter GRACE for assistance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls, screening program inquiries & answering basic program services questions;
- Handles initial steps in assisting clients during intake;
- Maintains client files & purges as policies indicate;
- Prepare documents, schedule meetings and assist in registering participants in support of Client Services special events;
- Work with manager to review outcomes & evaluations for Client Services department and assist in data integrity maintenance, proofing & thorough client dashboard reviews;
- Review check requests in preparation for approval & maintain spreadsheets that track program expenditures;
- Collect/process invoices for program;
- Collect, sort & distribute mail;
Minimum qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required;
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Non-profit experience preferred;
- Demonstrated computer knowledge including experience in Microsoft Office software;
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements for driving;
- Office management & database management preferred.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm;
- In-Office Position

Salary:
- Hourly, non-exempt, full-time
- $18.00/hr paid semi-monthly
Start Date:
Position reports directly to the Client Services Manager. All offers of employment are contingent upon the results of reference checks, a criminal background check and drug screen.
