**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks including some bookkeeping.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems
- Calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Oversee payroll processing and employee scheduling
- Manage office budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and phone systems
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting principles and procedures
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
