Qualifications
- At least one year of law enforcement, military or EMT experience highly preferred
- Excellent guest service skills
- Proven experience using sound judgment and making appropriate decisions during challenging situations and/or interacting with challenging patrons
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals and ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and via portable radios
- Able to demonstrate proficiency with authorized handgun and qualify on the range every six months
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating system and applications preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

- Must be able to qualify under Golden Entertainment requirements with his/her weapon under PILB guidelines
Physical Requirements
- Ability to ride a bicycle for the duration of an eight-hour shift
- Must maintain 300 lb or less weight limit, including uniform (based on published maximum weight limit of company-provided bicycle, as determined by bicycle manufacturer)
- Constantly work indoors, stand, and walk throughout the property
- Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. above head
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
- Occasionally bend, and/or stoop
- Occasionally squat, kneel, and sit
- Occasionally push/pull up to 75 lbs.
- Occasionally run throughout assigned working zone as situations dictate
- Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color
- Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
- Ability to ascend or descend ladders, scaffolding, stairs and ramps
