Well-established Country Club looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant provides crucial support to management and staff while maintaining day to day office operations.

DUTIES:
· Positive, welcoming, articulate phone presence
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Work independently, proactively, and manage time effectively
· Working with team to create and distribute marketing materials
· Professionally greets members and visitors, assisting and directing as needed
· Interacts effectively with General Manager including coordinating calls
· Assists management team in daily tasks and projects
· File, copy, and scan documents
REQUIREMENTS:
· 1 year experience in administrative or customer service
· Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail
· Ability to work with sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality
· Energy, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
· Must be organized, detail oriented and a problem solver
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
