Brennan's Catering & Banquet Centers is currently looking for a punctual, friendly, hard-working and dependable full-time head chef and kitchen manager with previous kitchen experience. The job will entail following aspects:
- Food Prep & Cooking (must have knowledge of proper food temps)
- Delivery of Catering Orders (valid driver’s license is required)
- Working Events (sometimes involves travel to off-premise catering events)
- Scheduling of Kitchen Staff
- Ordering of Food and Supplies from Multiple Purveyors

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
