Customer Service Representative
Summary: Reports to the Customer Service Supervisor. Assumes responsibility of maintaining positive customer relationships with all company customers. Will act as a Company contact, providing production/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that accounts might face.

- Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
- Operates computer using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to review job requirements and timeliness to deliveries
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures; including, but not limited to wearing all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to be flexible to perform other duties, as requested/required including, but not limited to, training of others within job class, housekeeping, continuous improvement activities, etc.
Qualifications:
Previous Customer Service experience. Experience working in a team environment with strong organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to problem solve. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Project Schedules, PowerPoint).
Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) preferred; or a minimum of three (3) years related experience and/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
