We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team for the remaining school year, with potential extensions into the next academic year and summer sessions. This full-time role is pivotal in providing one-on-one support for students across grades K-6, fostering an environment conducive to growth and learning. Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized behavioral interventions to students in grades K-6.
- Implement behavior improvement plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring effective communication with team members.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification is a must.
- Prior experience in a school environment is preferred but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but NOT required.
Position Details:
- Setting: One-on-one support in a classroom environment.
- Grade Levels: K-6.
- Hours per Week: 30 hours.
- Weekly Pay: $28-$32/HR.

- Contract Duration: This role covers the current school year, with the possibility of extension for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
