**Customer Service Rep**

**Duties:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Utilize technology sales tools to enhance the sales process.
- Providing pricing agreements with clients.
- Scheduling new customers and providing information about services.
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed.
- Answering all inbound emails and phone calls.
- Helping with the day to day office duties and assisting the management team.
**Requirements:**
- Strong business development skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Knowledge of technical sales concepts is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
