Overview:
- Company provided leads: Leads provided by Buckhead. Spend Less time knocking doors and more time closing deals.
- Incentives: Uncapped incentives to supplement weekly pay. Hundreds of dollars offered weekly in bonuses.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to assess their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest roofing products, materials, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our company's capabilities and competitive advantages.
- Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines based on client requirements.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting: Provide reports when necessary on sales activities, leads, and opportunities to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
