The Membership Manager, in collaboration with General Manager, oversees and manages membership sales, ensuring that all club operations adhere to Crossroad Fitness standards. Additionally, the Membership Manager may assist the General Manager in all club operations.
Core Duties:
- Meet monthly sales and performance goals by prospecting, telemarketing, social media marketing and Local Marketing.
- Set Smart Start appointments for new members.
- Assist in Personal Training sales as directed by the General Manager & Training Director.
- Create positive experiences for all guests and prospects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure membership agreements are accurately and completely filled out.
- Ensure every member is synced to our app and entered into the appropriate computer system(s).
- Complete follow-up calls to prospects, membership renewals, Maintain CRM Database.
- Promote sales of pro shop items, drinks, and supplements.
- Perform club walk-throughs and inspections, re-racking weights, checking bathrooms, wiping down equipment, filling paper towel and water bottle dispensers, taking out trash, and keeping assigned areas clean.
- Oversee cleaning of overall club by managing cleaning crew and the cleaning/maintenance staff members.
- Maintain a daily cleaning checklist for nightly cleaning crew, front desk, and maintenance person to complete every day.
- Serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
- Hold staff accountable for their key results and checklists.
- Lead staff by example.
- Ensure the front desk is operated with a focus on customer service.
- Maintain the desk in clean and efficient order.
- Ensure bathrooms are well-maintained and fully stocked.
- Promptly communicate any maintenance issues to the General Manager.
- Attend and actively participate in department meetings.
- Interact with other staff members in a positive, professional manner.
- Assume other responsibilities as needed.
- Work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
