Job Summary:
We are seeking a welcoming Receptionist and Assistant to support the Nicklas staff through a variety of tasks.
Duties:
- Create a positive and lasting impression by professionally and enthusiastically welcoming and greeting our clients, guests, and vendors. Offer a warm and welcoming smile, be pleasant and efficient. Direct them to the appropriate individual or area.
- Answer telephone calls and electronic communications promptly. Direct calls or e-mails to the appropriate individual and/or take messages.
- Maintain a complete and accurate record of calls and messages.
- Keep the receptionist area neat, clean, and attractive.
- Balance & Reconcile Cash Sales
- Invoicing
- Operate office equipment such as a computer, telephone system, fax, scanner, and copier.
- Complete any required forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Reconcile or note and report any discrepancies found in the records.
- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and NSI safety policies.
- All other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- General office skills including answering telephone, maintaining files, etc.
- Knowledge of office equipment including computers and computer programs.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
