We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Account Executive to spearhead our emerging healthcare division.
Job Overview:
As we expand our services to meet the specific needs of healthcare facilities, we are seeking an individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in generating new business opportunities and building long-lasting client relationships. This role will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the retail healthcare sector, focusing initially on new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, dedicated client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in their facilities.
- Business Development: Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting efforts, leveraging existing industry connections and continuously seeking out new opportunities.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges and align with industry trends, ensuring that LeCare remains at the forefront of healthcare laundry services.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating the value proposition of LeCare's products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for client visits and meetings.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.
