GENERAL PURPOSE: Overall maintenance responsibilities for Station Park in accordance with CenterCal Properties policies and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Inspects property daily and identifies any potential hazards, damage, repairs and improvement opportunities
· Provides coverage to the properties during weekends and some holidays.
· Monitors the daily performance of Third-Party Vendors.
· Performs basic repairs to plumbing, lighting, door hardware, cement repair, woodwork, drywall work, painting, etc. in a timely and efficient manner.
· Works in conjunction with other maintenance staff on larger projects often requiring a team of two or more.
· Maintains weekly lighting reports and logs.
· Provides ongoing preventative maintenance to property vehicle, property lift, golf carts/Ranger/Mules, vehicles, compactors, water features, garage generator, RMUs, etc.
· Assists marketing department with execution of center events, holiday preparation and on-going maintenance of signage hardware, various request as directed by the Operations Manager.
· Responds to daily requests for assistance from management, tenants and contractors.
· On call for after-hours emergencies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Minimum of three years facilities maintenance experience performing basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing functions. Shopping center maintenance experience preferred.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and comprehend instructions. Ability to effectively present information to departmental management and tenants.
- Ability to define problems, collect information and establish facts.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must have a valid Driver's License in the state of Utah.

Nature of work requires an ability to effectively communicate and exchange information, collect, compile and prepare work documents, and operate standard equipment. Ability to climb up and down a ladder and move around sites. Exposure to dust, dirt or other construction hazards during site visits.
