Position: Desktop Technician

- Imaging and reimaging
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- This role involves resolving escalated technical issues, implementing system upgrades and patches, and ensuring the smooth operation of Windows-based systems and applications.
- Provide advanced technical support for Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
- Manage and administer Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Perform system upgrades and patches on Windows servers and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot performance issues as needed.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect Windows-based systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Windows systems with other technologies and platforms.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference purposes.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to system emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Windows administration and support.
- 3+ years of experience in Windows server administration and support.
- Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and task automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Industry certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or equivalent are a plus.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
