Summary
Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, pots, china equipment, flatware and glassware, clean food, storage, and preparation areas, and help maintain cleaning of kitchen equipment.
Essential Functions

Sets up and maintains operation of the dishwasher area

Maintains sanitary work areas and disposes of trash as needed

Maintains an up to date Health Card & adheres to state and local health and safety regulations

Follows the culinary / foodservices workers rules of conduct at the Club

Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, shelves, equipment and small tools and all food storage areas.

Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef or Line Lead at any time.
