AACC is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our company in our Philadelphia office. This vital role provides administrative support, meeting coordination, event planning, travel coordination, expense reporting and many other administrative tasks for our leadership.
The ideal candidate will be organized, a specialist at administrative support and a team player who can efficiently work with all levels of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Management:

Provide direct support to the President and CEO, managing communications and facilitating strategic initiatives.

Supervise the Executive Coordinator to ensure efficient operations and workflow.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to align with AACC’s strategic goals.

Assist in developing and executing strategic plans, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments.
-
Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
-
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Executive Coordinator.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure clarity and consistency.

Represent the President and CEO in stakeholder meetings, fostering strong relationships and advancing organizational goals.

Prepare and coordinate board meetings, ensuring timely follow-up.
Organizational Development:

Implement professional development programs to enhance staff skills.

Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in executive support or a similar role.

Relevant certifications in project management, strategic planning, or leadership are highly desired.
