Job Description
The location for this position will be ourTamarac office. This location is busy and has multiple providers and specialties under one roof.
Our ideal candidate is a leader with experience in dental management. Dental knowledge is a must. Our office only works by everyone working together as a team as our managers are no different! You lead your team to success with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

JOB DUTIES:
- Assistant Management of staff: scheduling staff, coaching, performance reviews, verifying and approving time cards and time off requests.
- Front office duties: working with front office team member to help answer phones, present treatment plans, schedule patients, verify/bill/post insurance.
- Business management: ensuring that the practice is meeting production and collection goals, ensuring patients are re-appointed, patients are receiving the experience that we strive for.
- Leadership: Working with the providers to lead your team into success. You set the mood for the office from the morning huddle, to celebrating wins and everything in between.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of dental experience
- Experience billing, posting and explaining insurance to patients
- Experience presenting and converting treatment plans
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service experience
- Open Dental experience a plus
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/english) a plus
