Project Administrator

Day-to-day Role Description:
As a Project Administrator, you will be working in close communication and providing support to the Sales and Engineering teams. You are a customer advocate, working together on all projects in your markets, making sure projects are well organized and run smoothly, creating an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for resolving past due invoices, project booking and billing, executing preliminary notices, assisting with transactional orders for e-commerce, managing project documents/contacts/budgets, and implementing customer credit checks. You attend and participate in project meetings.
Though the Façade Engineer is ultimately responsible for managing the project, the Project Administrator monitors project milestones and action items; communicating them with the appropriate parties to ensure the project remains within budget.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,500.00 per year
