PURPOSE
We are seeking an individual to provide digital marketing, asset, and IT support in a dynamic and growing digital sales and marketing environment. The ideal person for this position will have the knowledge to maintain B2C and B2B e-commerce environments, ERP integration, manage digital assets, and provide basic EDI support.
Related duties of this position include outreach marketing and social media, trade shows and events, and analytics and reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Manage the company’s webstore platform (B2C)
· Manage the company’s B2B e-commerce platform
· Coding and creation of new pages for customer facing applications
· Maintain product images and information on e-commerce platforms
· Administrate Digital Asset Management
· Perform order tracking and fraudulent activity response
· Test and maintain discount codes and promotional items
· Prepare sales reports and analytics essential to e-commerce
· Conduct outreach marketing through email and SMS
· Support ERP integration to the e-commerce platforms
· Periodically attend trade shows and provide digital marketing support
· Assist with organization, coordination, and preparation of trade shows and events
· Perform basic EDI housekeeping
· Identify recurring technical issues and fix root causes
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
· 1-3 years of experience with webstore development and support
· An understanding and focus on UXUI design principles
· Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
· An ability to think critically and solve problems
· An inherent drive for process improvement
· Good working knowledge of computer hardware and software
· Ability to relate and communicate in a professional manner
· Ability to work well with end users, team members, and leadership
· Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION
· Salary range: $48k to $53k
· Hours/Week: 40, Full Time
