Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and experiments to support scientific research and analysis. You will work closely with laboratory staff and scientists to ensure accurate and timely results.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures and protocols
- Prepare samples, specimens, and reagents for testing
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Record and analyze data, documenting results accurately
- Assist in the development of new laboratory techniques and procedures
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize laboratory processes
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment
- Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Experience in histology or clinical laboratory settings is a plus
- Knowledge of scientific research principles and methodologies
- Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Must know How to operate Beckman Coulter, Access, sysmex machine.
