Royal Coffee is hiring to fill our Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist position. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. Job duties include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, data entry, assisting customers and the sales staff.
Who you are: A generally pleasant and affable person, both over the phone and with office guests. You must be detail oriented and focused even in the midst of distractions. You are a passionate multi-tasker that likes working in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
Requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Command of both English and Spanish (including over the phone). Many of our suppliers are from Latin American countries, so basic conversational Spanish is a must.
- A college degree.
Who we are: An independent family company founded in 1978, we are Green Coffee Importers who supply unroasted coffee to top specialty roasters throughout the United States and the world. We buy coffee from farmers, cooperatives, millers, and exporters in nearly 30 countries of origin in order to supply our global network of customers. We are a founding member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America, and a large percentage of our annual volume is made up by certified Organic and Fair Trade coffees.
