Anatomy Lab Adjunct Instructor/Lab Assistant
Fall
College of Saint Mary is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach the course as listed
below.
Course: PAS – Clinical Anatomy Lab
Days/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1-pm; availability for office hours outside
of course days/times; availability to assist with practicals as scheduled.
Preferred Requirements: enrolled in or completion of a M.S. in Anatomy or a
related subject with graduate anatomy courses completed
Essential functions: Our ideal candidate will assist in laboratory instruction,
preparing and delivering anatomical demonstrations, create prosections, assist
with student dissections, and help with the creation of practical (identification)
examinations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Comfortable around whole-body donors (cadavers)
- Advanced anatomy knowledge
- Dissection experience
- Instructional experience (preferred)
